DIRECTIONS FOR USing your vegan nail varnish

To get the best results from your Neon Blue Nail Varnish, apply 2/3 thin layers of LivOliv Nail Polish over our Fabulous ‘Bed Rock’ Base Coat.  Then finish off with a good layer of ‘Shining Armour’ Top Coat or for a Matte finish try ‘Buff Stuff’ Top Coat

It has a smooth Creme Blue finish and it is Mega Glossy too! Perfect for those Classy Cultural spring days.
